At PawConsult LLC, we want every customer—human and canine—to be happy with their experience. This policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and returns are handled for services, digital products, and physical goods.
Consulting Services
We offer satisfaction guarantees on all booked online consultations.
- Cancellations:
You may cancel or reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.

If you’re not satisfied with your first session, you may request a refund or a free follow-up within 48 hours of the appointment.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours) are not eligible for refunds.
Digital Products (eBooks)
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all eBook purchases are non-refundable once the download link is delivered.
- If your file is corrupted or fails to download, contact us at: [email protected] and we’ll resend or resolve the issue immediately.
Physical Products (Dog Toys & Accessories)
If you are not satisfied with a physical item (such as toys), you may request a return or replacement within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Return Conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (unless the product was damaged or incorrect)
- Refunds:
Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned item, via the original payment method. - Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please send a photo and your order number to: [email protected] and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
